including the Thanksgiving Food Drive, Holiday Toy Drive, and Adopt-a-Family Program.

Community
Clothing Bank
Please bring your new or used clothing, linens and
blanket donations to the next General Meeting and they will be distributed to
the center in Branford. You can also donate personal care items such as shampoo,
soap, disposable razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, dental floss, diapers, formula
and sanitary products.
Holiday Toy Drive
We coordinate toy donation sites throughout the community and then deliver them
to needy families in our area. This is a huge event and it requires many volunteers

Adopt-A-Family
We shop for gifts for a family in need, wrap the gifts and deliver them to the

Thanksgiving
Food Drive
We purchase food using monetary donations and donated
Big Y coins from our Newcomers group. We then deliver the food to the VFW for
distribution just before Thanksgiving. The members of Newcomers also bring in
non-perishable food to the Club's General meeting, which we deliver to the VFW. Contact Kimberly Ragnow at 533-5130 or Kristen Dwyer at 973-998-9690.
Donations to Local Non-Profit Organizations
At the end of each program year, the Club donates the bulk of our funds to worthy
organizations in our area. This year we are donating funds to the following organizations:

Toy Drive with the Dept. of Social
- Schlorship
to a Guilford High School Senior.
